The FCC can go fuck itself! The federal government has no motherfucking business in regulating what people watch or read or smell or drink or whatever other fucking thing on earth you'd like to do. If parents are concerned over what their children watch they can use the goddamn remote like God intended them to do!
I sincerely doubt ABC will automatically become porn central or blood-and-guts television just because there's no FCC to control what can be broadcast. And even if they did admit a plethora of colorful epithets and gratuitously sexual and violent images, change the FUCKING CHANNEL! You are not forced to watch every shitty program that comes into your idiot box. Is it really that fucking hard to do things yourself! Who the fuck wants the government watching over their shoulders? Have we all become morons?
If Republicans were truly the party of smaller government they would help abolish the FCC. If Democrats truly cared about free speech they would abolish the FCC. But everyone's a goddam, motherfucking hypocrite on this issue and you can bet the only people who really need supervision on television need to be reading a fucking book!
